However, despite the range of clients we work with, we tend to take the same approach to solving their online problems. By undertaking the following four phases we can ensure our clients get the best advice possible.

Initiate phase

Before conducting any work it is really important that Chisholm & Harper understand exactly what you are seeking from your online strategy project. We will spend time with you, ensuring we are very clear on the question you want answered or the problem you want solved.


Insight phase

Once we clearly understand your objectives, Chisholm & Harper will gather insights to inform your strategy. We will gather insight from the following areas:

Analysis phase

The Analysis phase teases out the most important themes, opportunities and challenges from the Insight phase, and helps us sharpen our focus. We can do this in many ways, including collaborative workshops and brainstorming sessions.


Strategy phase

Chisholm & Harper will use the findings from previous phases, along with our own domain expertise to develop your strategy. We will do this collaboratively with you to ensure the outcome is perfectly suited to the needs of your business. This may take any form that suits you and your business; from a simple recommendations document to a full-blown strategy piece. What is important is that the final deliverable helps you get the results you need.
